Terms of service

The service

foldrun runs the agents, flows and tools you push to it, on the schedule and under the rules you write. The open-source CLI and the self-hosted platform are licensed separately under Apache-2.0; these terms cover the hosted service at app.foldrun.io.

Your account

You are responsible for what runs under your account: the agents you write, the tools you give them, the credentials you store, and what those tools do to third parties. Keep your keys secret; rotate one you think has leaked. You may invite as many members as you like; each is bound by these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack systems you are not authorised to test, to send unsolicited bulk mail, or to scrape services in breach of their terms. Do not attempt to escape the sandbox or reach other customers' data. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

Fees

During early access, fees are agreed with you in writing. When self-serve billing opens: a flat monthly base per account plus metered usage, invoiced monthly, shown on your Usage page as it accrues. Budget caps you set are honoured; a run stopped by a cap is still billed for what it used before stopping.

Your content

You own your workspaces, your run records, and everything your agents produce. You grant us the right to store and process them to provide the service and nothing else.

Availability and support

We aim for the service to be available continuously and tell you when it is not. Early access carries no uptime guarantee; a paid plan's service levels are in its order form. Support is by email at [email protected].

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Australian Consumer Law.

Ending

You can close your account at any time; the privacy policy says what happens to your data. We can end the service with thirty days' notice, and immediately for a breach of acceptable use.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. Changes are announced by email to account owners and take effect thirty days later.
